Interface Walkthrough Session
A half-day live critique of one critical desktop workflow — ideal when you need a sharp outside opinion before a sprint commitment.
Purpose
When a full review is more than you need, a walkthrough session concentrates on a single workflow: install, first-run, export, batch processing, or another path operators complain about.
What happens
You nominate one flow and one build. We observe two operators (or recorded sessions), pause to annotate friction, and leave you with a one-page memo of findings and suggested experiments — not a redesign package.
Good fit when
- A redesign debate is stuck between two camps
- A release is days away and you want triage, not a roadmap
- A new hire lead wants an external baseline before changing anything
