Desktop Amberbase provides programming consulting focused on desktop application UX and maintainability. Descriptions on this website are informational. Binding scope, fees, and deliverables appear only in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.

3. No consumer checkout

This website does not process payments or offer automated checkout. Deposits and invoices are handled offline according to the accepted proposal.

4. Intellectual property

Unless a statement of work says otherwise:

  • You retain ownership of your software, designs, recordings, and confidential materials.
  • We retain ownership of our preexisting methods, templates, and writing frameworks.
  • Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables produced for your engagement inside your organization.
  • You may not republish our reports as your own marketing content without written permission.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, lawful access to builds and repositories, and necessary stakeholder time. Delays in access may shift timelines without breach on our side.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties must protect confidential information received during an engagement and use it only for performing or receiving the services, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Warranties and disclaimer

Services are provided with reasonable professional care. We do not warrant that following our recommendations will achieve a particular commercial result, pass a certification, or eliminate all defects. The website is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for website use. Active engagements remain governed by the documents signed for those engagements unless both parties agree otherwise.
